Who We Are

The Early Years Emotional Wellness Program is staffed by a team of professionals with dedication and expertise in addressing the developmental and social/emotional needs of young children.  As part of the larger organization, Children’s Bureau, which is a private, non-profit, the team is surrounded by other employees with similar dedication to the families we serve. For over 110 years, Children’s Bureau has been guided by its mission to protect vulnerable children through prevention, treatment and advocacy. Home Visitors:
10 Home Visitors serving Orange County in 5 languages.
 
Community Educator:  provides outreach and trainings to groups of parents and providers.
Participant Enrollment Specialist (through a contract with Help Me Grow): provides outreach as well as some trainings.

 Orange County is a multicultural county.  The cultures and languages vary by city.  Due to the many cultures living and thriving in Orange County, the Early Years Program currently offers services in 5 languages: 


  • English
  • Spanish
  • Korean
  • Farsi
  • Mandarin

  • We make every effort to meet the needs of the county’s various populations and languages, and in addition to the languages we utilize in the Early Years Program we will also use translation services via a telephone connection to serve additional  languages

Hours of Operation:
  • The Early Years Program is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
